Couples Therapy
You may be seeking couples therapy to strengthen your relationship, repair something that feels broken and learn new ways to communicate. Couples therapy is a great place to get another perspective and support when you’re feeling lost, disconnected and hurt. It can be a tool to understand yourself, your partner and the patterns in your relationship that keep you stuck and feeling disconnected. Each of us has a desire to feel seen, loved and heard in our relationships. I can support you and your partner to work towards these goals.
I use a variety of tools in my couples work including the Gottman method, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I’m interested in learning about each partner as individuals, what matters to you and how you are feeling in your relationship. I will support each partner to share, take accountability and express themselves in our sessions. I can support you to learn core relationship skills that have been shown to create the foundation of healthy and fulfilling relationships.

I have experience working with couples from diverse backgrounds and providing therapy to folks identifying as LGBTQIA+. I strive to create a safe environment where each partner can feel supported and understood.
